Please note, the exact time for a free pick up will be communicated by our professional transfer
partner directly to the client. On average, the pickups are scheduled approximately 45 minutes
before the cruise start time.
For semi-private cruises, complimentary transportation is provided only if accommodation
details are provided at least 24 hours before the cruise start time.

• Required: passports (or digital copies) are required for inspection upon cruise embarkation.
• Highly recommended: swim towels (no towels on board), sunscreen, a swim towel, sunglasses and a light jacket.
• Prohibited: alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs and substances, sharp items, strollers, wheelchairs, firearms and flammable items.

• We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if the booking is cancelled 14 days or less before the event.
• We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if the booking is cancelled 30 days or less before the event.
• We will charge a cancellation fee of 0% if the booking is more than 30 days before the event.

Cancellations due to bad weather
The cruise will be reasonably adjusted or cancelled if the Port Authority does not allow the charter to be conducted. If this is due to the weather, the customer is entitled to a 100% refund.
