Main Terms
The Carrier shall provide for the Charterers use, the aircraft, manned and equipped for the performance of the Flight Schedule.
Should the aircraft for any reason (whether before or after the commencement of the Flight Schedule) become incapable of undertaking, or continuing all or part of the Flight Schedule, the Carrier may at its discretion substitute therefore one or more aircraft of the same or another type, and the provisions of the agreement shall apply mutates mutandes to the substituted aircraft. If the Carrier does not substitute another Aircraft it shall not be under any liability to the Charterer and the Charterer shall remain liable to pay for the part of the Flight Schedule (if any) that has been performed at the time the Aircraft becomes so incapable.

As aviation requires good weather conditions, the Flight Schedule is subject to cancellation at short notice.
The Carrier shall not be liable for any expenses incurred from changes or cancellations to the Flight Schedule due to operational circumstances.
If for any reason the Aircraft is diverted from any airfield or destination shown in the Flight Schedule to another airfield or destination, the journey to the said airfield or destination shall be deemed to be complete when the Aircraft arrives at the other airfield.
It should be noted that any Charterer failing to take their confirmed flight renders the Agreement completed. In the event of the Flight Schedule being cancelled by us, then the Agreement remains and will be rebooked for a mutually convenient date.
Whilst every precaution is taken for the safety of the Charterer, the Carrier can not be held liable for the loss, damage or injury which does not result from the Carrier’s negligence. Those wishing to take cameras and other photographic equipment on the flight do so entirely at their own risk.
A minimum age of 12 years is required for all trial lesson flights (adult supervision on airfield premises required for under 16 years). Passengers on trial lesson flights should be family or friends of the pilot who are sharing the experience with a view to learning to fly.
All passengers should ensure that they are in good health and if in doubt should seek qualified medical advice.
Vouchers are non-refundable, but are transferable. Vouchers have a validity period of 9 months from date of purchase.
Restrictions
Minimum Age is 6 years for voucher flights. (By law Children from 2 years old must have their own seat when flying in a helicopter). The Carrier makes every effort to help Disabled Charterers – please contact the Carrier for more information.
No servant, agent or representative of the Carrier has authority to modify or waive any provision of this Contract.
GENERAL HAND BAGGAGE
There are many items which are considered to be dangerous and cannot be carried as hand baggage on any flight.
For safety reasons there are restrictions in place on liquids, gels and pastes being carried in hand baggage.
Passengers are reminded not to accept articles or baggage from other persons, and not to leave baggage unattended.
Passengers may carry liquids such as toiletries including:
• Perfume
• Toothpaste
• Deodorant
• Shaving foam
• Lip gloss
Please ensure that vessels holding liquids contain no more than 100ml each.
PROHIBITED ARTICLES
Prohibited articles include Sharp items such as scissors, knives of any description. Tools and sharp accessories including screwdrivers, imitation toy guns, hypodermic needles, sporting equipment or any items which may be considered to be a safety risk to the passengers or crew, are prohibited from the aircraft cabin and must be packed in Hold Baggage.


(The following sections are NOT applicable to Purchasers of Flight Vouchers or Trial Lessons)
The Carrier shall use all reasonable endeavours to complete the Flight Schedule but shall be entitled without liability to depart from the Flight Schedule if necessary in their opinion and any additional expenses (Including fees such as landing, handling, navigation, ground support service, customs and airport surcharges) shall be borne by the Charterer.
Any non-refundable fees paid by the Carrier shall be non-refundable to the Charterer or their Agent. If the flight is sub-chartered outside of the Carrier’s fleet then the sub-chartered Carrier’s specific cancellation charges will apply, details of which can be supplied on request.
CANCELLATION CHARGES
On confirmation of your booking a non-refundable booking fee of £75.00+ VAT is charged under all conditions and all circumstances including bad weather.

SUB-CHARTERED FLIGHT CANCELLATION CHARGES
If the flight is sub-chartered outside of EBG Helicopters fleet then the Carrier’s specific cancellation terms will be notified to the Charter before the flight and those charges will be applied.
